Recruitment defination and Objectives


Recruitment is defined as “ a process to discover the source of manpower to meet the requirements of the staffing schedule and to employ effective measure for attractive that manpower in adequate number to facilities effective selection of an efficient workforce”.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of recruitment are:
1. To attract people with multi-dimensional skills and experiences that suit the present and future organizational strategies,
2. To infuse fresh blood at all levels of the organization,
3. To seek out head hunt/ head pouch people whose skills fit the company’s value,
4. To search for talent globally and not just within the company,
5. To anticipate and find people for positions that do not exist yet ,
6. To devise methodologies for accessing psychological trades.
